Verve needed a systematic approach to social media design that would create a cohesive digital presence while reducing content creation time. The challenge was to develop a template system that could:
Cover a wide variety of post types, from LinkedIn carousels and blog posts to business cards and event name tags.
Maintain engaging, varied visuals without losing brand identity.
Differentiate three key voices—Artificial Intelligence, Human Intelligence, and Cultural Intelligence—while staying unified under Verve’s branding.
Approach
Brand Differentiation: Identified brand colours and icons for each intelligence, assigning them distinct visual themes and emotions.
Comprehensive Template Creation: Developed a structured library of templates, including:
Social Media – LinkedIn carousels, blog posts, announcements, quote posts, event promotions, report downloads.
Email & Print – Email signatures, newsletter banners, business cards, event name tags.
Canva Accessibility & Efficiency:
Organised templates in Canva with clear categorisation and searchability for easy access by non-design team members.
Ensured minimal design adjustments were needed when updating content.
